Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time or preparing for a fight, the programme starts with an assessment and is adjusted session by session. You train with the coach, not with a plan handed to you at the door.
What you can book
Boxing
Pad work, bag work and conditioning, with sparring once you are ready for it. The slot can be shared, so you can train alongside someone else.
Slots can be shared
Private training
One-on-one with the coach. Booking it takes the whole hour, so nobody else is in the session and the programme is written for you alone.
The hour is yours alone
Gym session
Programmed strength and conditioning on the gym floor with the coach on hand. Other clients train in the same hour.

Training packages
A package is a month bought outright rather than a subscription: it covers your sessions for that month and lapses unless you buy another, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing that renews behind you. Packages cover boxing, private training and gym sessions alike — a package pays for the training, not for one room of it.
They come with a weekly session allowance or with none at all, and open up once you have been training with us for a few months. Anything past the allowance is billed as a normal session, so a busy week costs what it would have cost anyway.
